Coronavirus (COVID-19)

If you are planning on travelling distance to attractions, we would recommend that you contact the venues directly in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you, or any of your party have a new persistant cough, or develop a fever of 38C, we would instead advise you to use the NHS's dedicated website for professional advice.

The China Clay Museum

The museum tells the 250-year-old china clay story, one of Cornwall's most important industries. There is an audiovisual introduction followed by the historic and nature trails with woodland walks and spectacular views of the modern industry. One of the working waterwheels is the largest in the county. There are historic locomotives and buildings with exhibitions and displays, and a children's adventure trail.
